Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SimplePoTranslate website and services operated by Aidrobe LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SimplePoTranslate is a SaaS platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to translate .po (Gettext) files for software localization purposes. We provide both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

5. Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund)

All sales are final. Because SimplePoTranslate offers a comprehensive Free Tier that allows you to test the quality, speed, and compatibility of our translations before purchasing, we do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions or lifetime deals once the payment is processed.

By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have tested the Service using the Free Tier and are satisfied with the results. Exceptions may be made only in the event of a proven technical error where the Service failed to deliver the promised output, at the sole discretion of Aidrobe LLC.

6. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Our plans come with specific string limits. To prevent abuse and ensure service stability, we apply a "Fair Use" policy. Extremely long strings (exceeding 500 characters) may be counted as multiple usage units. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt to bypass these limits or use the Service for non-localization purposes (e.g., translating entire books).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aidrobe LLC and its licensors. However, you retain full ownership of the .po files you upload and the translated files you download.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aidrobe LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
