  • Personal Data: Email address, First name and Last name (collected via Authentication).
  • Usage Data: Information on how the Service is accessed and used.
  • Uploaded Files: The .po files you upload for translation.

We use the collected data to provide and maintain the Service, notify you about changes, provide customer support, and detect technical issues.

Important: Your uploaded .po files are processed solely for the purpose of translation. We do not use your content to train public AI models.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

To ensure privacy and security, we automatically delete your uploaded files and their translated versions from our servers after a specific period:

  • Free Plan: Files are deleted 7 days after upload.
  • Pro/Lifetime Plans: Files are deleted 90 days after upload.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"). These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

  • Payment Processing: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Stripe.
  • AI Processing: Translations are powered by Google Gemini AI via secure API.

5. Analytics & Tracking Technologies

We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service:

  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager: To track website traffic and user behavior.
  • Microsoft Clarity: To capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays to improve our products.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and for retargeting purposes.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
